Arsjad Rasjid is an Indonesian entrepreneur and executive known for his contributions to the fields of business and banking. He serves as the Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), an organization that represents businesspeople in Indonesia on various economic and business issues. Arsjad officially assumed his role as Chairman of Kadin in 2021 after winning the election during the Kadin National Conference (Munas). In his role, he focuses on promoting inclusive economic growth, empowering MSMEs, and fostering public-private sector collaboration to support sustainable development in Indonesia. Arsjad Rasjid also holds the position of President Director of PT Indika Energy Tbk, one of Indonesia’s leading energy companies, operating in the integrated energy sector, including coal mining, power generation, and renewable energy. Under his leadership, Indika Energy has expanded its business portfolio with a focus on sustainability and energy diversification. In addition to his work with Kadin and Indika Energy, Arsjad has an extensive track record in social and philanthropic organizations. He is the founder of a foundation focused on empowering education and healthcare for Indonesian communities. As a prominent figure in the business world, Arsjad is frequently involved in various international forums and participates in global discussions on investment and economic development. With a strong educational background in business and finance, Arsjad Rasjid is recognized as a visionary leader with an approach that prioritizes innovation and collaboration.
