Dr. M. Elfan Kaukab, S.E., Ak., M.M., M.H.I., MFP, CMA, CHRA, CRBC, CMH, is an academic, researcher, and expert in the fields of economics, management, and Islamic law. He currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Sains Al-Qur'an (UNSIQ) in Central Java, Indonesia. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in economics (S.E.), accountant certification (Ak.), master’s degree in management (M.M.), and a master’s in international relations (M.H.I.), as well as a doctorate from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED). Dr. Kaukab specializes in international business, foreign direct investment (FDI), international relations, and the internationalization of MSMEs. Dr. Kaukab holds various professional certifications, including MFP (Master Financial Planner), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), CHRA (Certified Human Resources Analyst), CRBC (Certified Risk-Based Compliance), and CMH (Certified Management of Haj). As a prolific academic, he has published extensively in Scopus-indexed and other international journals. In 2020, he achieved 587 credit points from Scopus-indexed publications, exceeding the requirements for promotion to Full Professor. One of his latest academic works, titled "Measuring Innovation Capability and Its Effects on Financial Performance Using Companies’ Annual Reports," was published in 2024 in the journal Problems and Perspectives in Management. This research explores the impact of innovation capability on corporate financial performance. Beyond his research activities, Dr. Kaukab is an active keynote speaker at international seminars and conferences. He has also contributed significantly to curriculum development and program design in the fields of economics and management at UNSIQ, playing a key role in enhancing the quality of higher education in Indonesia. With his extensive academic experience and strong dedication, Dr. M.
